Working closely with managers and employees across the business, you will help build and maintain the people-practices, processes, and culture that underpin our ambitious growth plans.\nResponsibilities\nSupport and guide our people managers on day-to-day HR matters, helping them grow as effective leaders.\n\nProvide operational guidance to ensure compliance with UK and US employment law.\n\nSupport our short and long-term business goals by contributing to people-practices that enable a high-performance culture.\n\nHandle employee relations matters and support the smooth running of People operations.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally on company-wide projects with teams across OLIX, including Operations and Finance.\n\nLead by example, demonstrate the OLIX values, and act as a cultural ambassador.\n\nSkills & Experience\nExperience in an HR role within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.\n\nGood working knowledge of UK employment legislation, with some exposure to US employment law.\n\nAbility to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organisation.\n\nComfortable working at pace and navigating ambiguity with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset.\n\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\nAn analytical approach, comfortable using data to inform and support people decisions.\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\n\nNice to have\nExperience in deep tech or hardware-driven environments, especially where talent is scarce and highly specialized.\n\nCompensation & Equity\nCompetitive Salary: Commensurate with your experience, skills, and location\n\nEquity & Ownership: Meaningful stock options.
