Rack-scale co-design of logic, data movement, packaging, optics and interconnect enables a step change in system level performance.\nThe Role\nWe’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive hiring during one of OLIX's most critical periods of growth. You’ll work directly with hiring managers, and the People and Operations team to drive top-of-funnel, candidate experience, and the hiring process end to end. You’ll manage both delivery and systems, closing hard-to-fill roles, while helping to build the infrastructure that helps us hire smarter and faster.\nThe ideal candidate will have 0-1 experience in the accelerator space or deep tech with a creative mindset to navigate early stage challenges, and a track record of success navigating ambiguity and hiring at pace in a high performance environment. You’ll know what it takes to close junior engineers and technical senior leaders alike, with the ability to drive results independently and communicate clearly with your global Talent team.\nResponsibilities\nManage full-cycle recruiting across key roles (engineering, technical leadership, operations, commercial), from sourcing through to close.\n\nBuild and execute scalable sourcing strategies to surface top-tier, hard-to-reach candidates.\n\nPartner with hiring managers to craft compelling roles, sharpen their interviewing skills, and ensure fast, high-quality processes.\n\nUphold high standards for candidate experience; every touchpoint should reflect our values.\n\nHelp define and drive OLIX's employer brand, ensuring we show up in the right communities with the right voice.\n\nEvolve the recruiting stack and reporting.\n\nIdentify process improvements as we scale (e.g. calibration tools, interview training, DEI tracking).\n\nManage relationships with external partners (agencies, sourcers, etc.) and hold them to a high bar.\n\nSkills & Experience\n7+ years of recruiting experience, at least half of which has been in-house at a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech company.\n\nTrack record of hiring top technical talent, whether that’s ML engineers, digital designers, systems architects, or otherwise.\n\nExcellent sourcing instincts and a creative approach to candidate engagement.\n\nConfident partnering with senior stakeholders; you’re comfortable saying “no” and backing it up with data or insight.\n\nOrganised, responsive, and rigorous; you keep processes moving without dropping the ball.\n\nPassionate about candidate experience and helping build a hiring culture that scales and drives forward the company values.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience in deep tech or hardware-driven environments, and/or 0-1 experience in the accelerator space - especially where talent is scarce and highly specialised.\n\nCompensation & Equity\nCompetitive Salary: Commensurate with your experience, skills, and location.\n\nEquity & Ownership: Meaningful stock options.
