outcomes.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBacklog Ownership and Delivery\nOwn and maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog aligned to company priorities\n\nBreak down initiatives into epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation-ready requirements\n\nPartner closely with engineering to ensure work is clearly scoped, refined, and sequenced\n\nEnsure the team is working on the highest-impact opportunities with minimal ambiguity\n\nSupport sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery follow-through\n\nProduct Development Execution\nTranslate product direction into actionable requirements and user stories\n\nEnsure work moves through a clear product development lifecycle from discovery to launch\n\nIdentify dependencies, risks, edge cases, and operational considerations early\n\nPartner with design to ensure workflows and requirements are grounded in real user needs\n\nHelp drive launch readiness, user acceptance testing, and post-launch initiatives move faster with improved quality and less rework\n\nCustomers receive solutions that are practical, valuable, and measurable\n\nQualifications Required\n2 -5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar product delivery role\n\nExperience working closely with software engineering teams in agile environments\n\nStrong ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements\n\nDemonstrated skill in backlog management, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination\n\nStrong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail\n\nAbility to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to fast-moving environments\n\nComfortable balancing strategic context with hands-on execution\n\nPreferred\nExperience in SaaS, vertical software, SMB technology, marketplaces, or workflow tools\n\nExperience supporting products that blend software and operational/service components\n\nFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms\n\nExperience working on customer-facing workflows such as lead management, communications, onboarding, or growth operations\n\nExposure to AI-enabled products, automation, or internal operational tooling\n\nDeep customer empathy paired with strong product and design instincts.\n\nGenuine enthusiasm for AI, demonstrated through hands-on experimentation, building, prototyping, or independent projects, along with an active effort to stay current on emerging tools and research.\n\nStrong grasp of foundational LLM concepts and systems, including prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation, with the product judgment to turn them into dependable user experiences.\n\nProficiency with modern prototyping and builder tools such as Cursor, Bolt, and Claude Code, along with ease in collaborative environments like Figma and Git.\n\nStrong command of data, experimentation, and
