The role reports to the Marketing Manager, Business Development, and works closely with the visual media team, business development team, communications team, and firm leadership. More information at olsonkundig.com.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Development and Pursuits\nDesign and produce proposals, statements of qualifications, portfolios, and case studies for competitive pursuits \nDevelop interview presentations, display boards, and pursuit-specific collateral in collaboration with the business development team and project leaders \nCreate diagrams, maps, and information graphics that clearly communicate project ideas and team qualifications \nMaintain and update proposal templates and graphic standards to support consistency and efficiency\nCommunications and Visual Media\nDesign graphics for award submissions, lectures, publications, media kits, press announcements, and reports \nCreate social media graphics, email communications, and newsletters, including animation and video assets \nSupport presentation and lecture materials for firm leadership, including video editing as needed \nContribute to special projects such as books, exhibitions, and environmental graphics\nDigital Asset Management and Photography\nUpload, tag, rank, and organize photo, video, and graphic assets in the firm's digital asset management system \nSupport photoshoot coordination, including shot list development and post-shoot image selection with project teams \nPerform image editing, retouching, and processing, and maintain organized archives of image originals\nBrand and Production\nSupport the production and consistent application of the firm's visual identity across print and digital materials \nCoordinate with vendors, including board production and printers for business cards, stationery, and other collateral \nHelp maintain graphics team tools and processes, including task boards, project punchlists, and boards inventory\nQualifications\n4-6 years of graphic design experience creating a range of print, digital, and web-based graphics, ideally in the AEC industry (architecture, engineering, and construction) or a related design field \nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field \nStrong design, typographic, and layout skills, with the ability to organize complex content visually \nExperience with image and video editing and retouching \nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Bridge, Lightroom), Microsoft Office, and WordPress \nFamiliarity with digital asset management systems such as OpenAsset, and experience with print vendors and production processes, a plus \nExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment without a loss in quality \nInterest in architecture, design, and the built environment \nSelf-driven, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with a desire to stay current on production techniques and design trends \nDependable and collaborative, with the ability to take direction and incorporate feedback from multiple levels of staff\nWhat can you expect from us?These are our team values: we are adaptable, ambitious, caring, collaborative, and dependable in how we approach our work and support one another.\nA creative work environment and colleagues who are collaborative, supportive, and engaged\nOpportunity to grow professionally while working on a wide range of projects and initiatives\nA culture that values curiosity, excellence, and shared learning\nCompensation\n$76,000 - $84,500.
