These projects represent some of the largest and most complex infrastructure developments in the country, creating opportunities to solve challenging technical problems, collaborate across disciplines, and shape the facilities that support global connectivity.\nWe are seeking a Lead Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering design projects from early planning through final construction-ready documents. In this role, you will guide project teams, build strong client relationships, and help ensure the successful delivery of high-quality engineering solutions. You'll work alongside talented professionals across multiple disciplines while leading projects that support some of the industry's most advanced and fast-paced developments.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead project planning efforts, including defining project scope, milestones, schedules, deliverables, and project goals.\nManage project execution from concept design through final issued-for-construction documentation.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary architecture and engineering teams to support the successful delivery of large-scale data center campuses.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders through proactive communication and responsive service.\nFacilitate project meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions while driving accountability and progress across project teams.\nOversee the development and delivery of engineering and architectural design packages, including drawings, models, reports, calculations, and related project documentation.\nSupport quality management efforts by coordinating technical reviews and helping ensure the delivery of accurate, high-quality work.\nManage project budgets, monitor financial performance, track project profitability, and support contract administration activities.\nIdentify and proactively address project risks, challenges, and opportunities while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.\nMentor and support team members while fostering collaboration, professional development, and project success.\nQualifications\nYou are passionate about:\nWorking collaboratively with others.\nHaving ownership in the work you do.\nUsing your talents to positively affect communities.\nYou bring to the team:\nBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate degree with equivalent experience is required.\n6+ years of experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, with increasing project responsibilities.\n2+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting multidisciplinary engineering or architectural projects.\nExperience leading or coordinating large-scale industrial, mission-critical, or campus-style developments is beneficial.\nUnderstanding of engineering and design processes, project delivery methods, contracts, budgeting, and project controls.\nAbility to successfully manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.\nStrong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.\nProven problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.\nCommitment to exceptional client service and delivering quality work.\nThe typical annual salary range for this role is as listed below. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
