These projects represent some of the largest and most complex infrastructure developments in the country, creating opportunities to solve challenging problems, collaborate across disciplines, and shape the facilities that support global connectivity. \nWe are seeking a Project Manager to lead the Short Circuit, Coordination, and Arc Flash (SCCAF) process for complex data center projects. In this role, you will bring clients, contractors, and technical teams together around the information, decisions, and milestones needed to deliver coordinated electrical studies. You will help move the work from kickoff through final reports and labels while supporting system reliability, personnel safety, and a smooth transition from design into construction. \nWhat You'll Do \nServe as the primary point of contact for SCCAF coordination among the client, general contractor, electrical contractor, and Olsson engineering team. \nLead the SCCAF process from project kickoff through final reports and labels, keeping the work aligned with construction milestones and project priorities. \nDevelop and maintaina detailed SCCAF schedule, adjusting it as project information, equipment data, and construction activities evolve. \nCoordinate the flow of SCCAF information and deliverables, including requests for information, submittals, equipment data, settings, labels, study revisions, and final reports. \nTrack required inputs and follow up with project partners to address missing information, field discrepancies, late design changes, or other items that may affect progress. \nPlan, lead, and document SCCAF coordination meetings while maintainingclear action items, responsibilities, and follow-up. \nPartner with technical teams to support quality, consistency, and alignment between SCCAF deliverables and approved construction documents. \nIdentifyschedule, coordination, and project delivery risks early and work with stakeholders to develop practical solutions. \nSupport project management activities, including deliverable tracking, document control, invoicing coordination, project reporting, and adherence to Olsson's quality processes. \nQualifications\nYou are passionate about:\nWorking collaboratively with others.\nHaving ownership in the work you do.\nUsing your talents to positively affect communities.\nYou bring to the team:\nBachelor'sdegree in electrical engineering is strongly preferred. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate degree with equivalent experience is required. \n4+ years of experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry with increasing project responsibilities. \n2+ years of project management, project coordination, or related leadership experience, which may be concurrent with overall project experience. \nFamiliarity with electrical engineering and design terminology. Experience supporting short circuit, coordination, arc flash, power studies, or construction-phase electrical work is beneficial. \nUnderstanding ofproject schedules, contracts, project financials, documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination. \nStrong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to build effective relationships, create accountability, and coordinate information across clients, contractors, and technical teams. \nCommitment to exceptional client service, quality, and safety\nThe typical annual salary range for this role is as listed below. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
