These projects represent some of the largest and most complex infrastructure developments in the country, creating opportunities to solve challenging problems, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to facilities that support global connectivity.\nWe are seeking a Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of data center engineering design projects. In this role, you will partner with project managers and technical leaders to help guide projects from early planning through final construction-ready design documents. You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to help keep projects moving forward, support client needs, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport project planning efforts by helping define project milestones, schedules, deliverables, and priorities.\nCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor project progress, facilitate communication, and help keep work aligned with project goals.\nBuild relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members through clear and consistent communication.\nOrganize and facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and coordination discussions while documenting key decisions and action items.\nTrack the development of engineering and architectural deliverables, including drawings, models, reports, and calculations.\nAssist with project quality management activities and coordinate internal review processes.\nSupport project financial management by tracking budgets, monitoring project performance, and assisting with invoicing and contract administration.\nHelp identify and manage project risks, scope changes, and schedule impacts while maintaining project documentation.\nContribute to the successful delivery of large-scale, multi-building data center campuses focused on efficient use of land, power, and water resources.\nQualifications\nYou are passionate about:\nWorking collaboratively with others.\nHaving ownership in the work you do.\nUsing your talents to positively affect communities.\nYou bring to the team:\nBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate degree with equivalent experience is required.\n4+ years of experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry with increasing project responsibilities.\n2+ years of project management or project coordination experience, preferably supporting multidisciplinary engineering or architectural projects.\nExperience working with large-scale industrial, mission-critical, or campus-style developments is beneficial.\nUnderstanding of engineering and design processes, project delivery methods, contracts, budgeting, and project controls.\nStrong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nAbility to build effective relationships across teams and support collaboration among diverse project stakeholders.\nA proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.\nA commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional client service.\nThe typical annual salary range for this role is as listed below. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
