In this role you're on the phone, in the inbox, on LinkedIn, organically hunting mid-market shippers.\nWhat you bring\n2+ years in freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation sales.\nWorking knowledge of truckload and/or LTL \nCRM chops (Salesforce or similar).\nA hunter mentality with confidence on the phone and in email outreach\nNice to have\nA bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or logistics.\nExisting carrier or shipper relationships you can bring with you.\nIf that's you, read on.\nWhat's in it for you\nBase salary in line with your experience level\nUncapped commission on a sliding scale.
