No relocation allowance will be considered unless specifically addressed.\n\nSummary / Primary Role:\nThe Inventory Coordinator will provide superior level of service which all other inventory team members can emulate. Team Lead is to be available as the reference for questions regarding policy and procedure, within the established company guidelines.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nOffer superior customer service to internal and external customers\nRespond to customers’ inquiries in a timely and professional manner.\nProcess bulk orders daily or as needed.\nManage back orders by running the open orders report at the time the receiver is entered to make sure all orders are processed.\nProcess error reports as necessary.\nProactively follow up on bulk orders to meet customer requirements.\nReporting as needed based on customer requirements and manager:\nBulk inventory report\nBulk Open Orders report\nCombined inventory report\nReceiving reports\nQC report\nInput inventory into the database that is received daily.\nManage the COA (Certificate of Analysis) or other types of literature per customer requirements.\nAdjust current inventory for labeling errors, missing product, returns.\nUpdate current inventory stock based on the customer’s request to change the expiration date, discontinue product, QC material.\nProvide support to CSR, Product Coordinator, Receiving, and Production.\n\nWhat You Bring:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nMinimum of 1–2 years of experience in inventory coordination, inventory control, or warehouse operations, and customer service\nExperience processing orders, managing back orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct inventory discrepancies, labeling issues, and product errors\nAbility to generate and review inventory, receiving, open order, and quality-related reports\nStrong customer service and communication skills with the ability to respond professionally to internal and external customers\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, follow up on time-sensitive orders, and work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment\nComfortable entering and updating inventory information in database or inventory management systems\nBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills\nAbility to work collaboratively with Customer Service, Receiving, Production, and other operational teams\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods as required\n\nThis is a safety-sensitive position.
