No relocation allowance will be considered unless specifically addressed.\n\nAbout the Role\nOdyssey Logistics is seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and support our facility, equipment, and infrastructure.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and working across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.\n\nThe ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently to keep facility operations running safely and efficiently.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nFacility Maintenance & Repairs\nInspect, maintain, and repair buildings, grounds, and facility infrastructure, including doors, walls, flooring, ceilings, windows, and roofing systems.\nPerform general maintenance throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, offices, breakrooms, and restrooms.\nComplete painting, drywall repairs, carpentry, and other building improvement projects.\n\nElectrical & Mechanical Maintenance\nTroubleshoot and repair lighting, switches, outlets, motors, sensors, breakers, and other electrical components within the scope of training and authorization.\nDiagnose and repair mechanical equipment, conveyors, pumps, mixers, and material-handling systems.\nTroubleshoot automated and electromechanical equipment, including sensors, motor controls, PLCs, and related control systems.\nAssist with equipment installations and facility upgrades while following proper safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO).\n\nPlumbing & HVAC\nDiagnose and repair plumbing issues involving fixtures, water lines, valves, drains, leaks, and clogs.\nPerform basic HVAC maintenance, inspections, filter replacements, and troubleshooting.\nCoordinate with qualified contractors for specialized or major repairs.\n\nPreventive Maintenance & Equipment Reliability\nPerform scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life.\nIdentify equipment issues early and implement corrective actions.\nMaintain accurate work orders, inspection records, and maintenance documentation.\nRecommend improvements to maintenance procedures, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.\nSafety & Vendor Coordination\nFollow OSHA regulations and established facility safety procedures.\nHelp maintain a safe, clean, and operationally efficient work environment.\nCoordinate with external contractors and service providers to support repairs, maintenance, and facility improvements.\nRespond promptly to urgent maintenance requests and facility issues.\n\nWhat You Bring:\n\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on industrial, commercial, or facility maintenance experience.\nWorking knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building maintenance.\nAbility to troubleshoot equipment and perform repairs using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.\nStrong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.\nAbility to prioritize multiple maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment.\nBasic computer skills for work orders and maintenance documentation.\nAbility to obtain forklift certification within the first 90 days of employment (training provided).\nPreferred Qualifications\nTechnical or vocational training in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or a related field.\nWelding and fabrication experience.\nHVAC, electrical, or mechatronics/automation/controls certification or license.\nExperience troubleshooting PLCs, sensors, motor controls, and automated equipment.\nSkills for Success\nStrong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance capabilities.\nA proactive, hands-on approach to identifying and resolving facility issues.\nKnowledge of OSHA safety standards and safe maintenance practices.\nStrong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.\nAbility to respond effectively to urgent repairs and changing operational priorities.\nCommitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement.\n\nAdditional Requirements:\nThis is a safety-sensitive position.\nCandidates must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and 5-panel drug screening, including marijuana, as a condition of employment.\n\nBenefits:\nWe offer a comprehensive and competitive compensation and benefits package, including:\n• A choice of medical plans with FSA and HSA options• Dental Insurance• Vision Insurance• Company-paid Life and Disability Insurance• 401(k) Plan with Company Match• Paid Time Off (PTO) and Company Holidays• Employee Assistance Program• Company Health & Wellness Program• Discounts with Preferred Vendors\n At Odyssey, we believe the best ideas come from people with different skills, experiences, and perspectives.
