including for AI-generated output: you validate, refactor, and take full accountability\n\nAn engineer with solid experience in software development, ideally with Golang, Java/Kotlin, or PHP\n\nSomeone with experience in relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, Memcached) and a good grasp of AWS and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)\n\nA problem solver who approaches challenges with both a technical and user-first mindset to build impactful solutions\n\nYou write structured prompts for multi-step tasks and maintain project-level AI context (CLAUDE.md / rules files) - you catch bugs and gaps in AI-generated output before it lands in production\n\nYou demonstrate measurable judgment about when to use AI and when to override it - you use AI for debugging, performance analysis, and complex refactoring while owning the outcome\n\nA team player who is open to discussions, cross-team collaboration, and knowledge sharing\n\nWhat you will be doing:\nContribute technically to projects and take part in the planning, execution, and success of complex technical tasks\n\nBe an integral part of the team - establish credibility through the quality of your own and your team’s technical execution\n\nUse AI to accelerate delivery: delegate routine implementation, generate tests and documentation, and apply AI to debugging and refactoring -
