related field.\n14+ years of progressive software engineering experience with at least 5+ years leading engineering teams and people managers.\nDemonstrated success building, scaling, and developing high-performing engineering organizations.\nProven experience delivering enterprise-scale distributed systems and customer-facing applications.\nExperience driving adoption of AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms.\nUnderstanding of agentic AI concepts, including AI agents, orchestration frameworks, RAG architectures, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).\nExperience leading teams that develop or integrate generative AI and agentic AI capabilities into enterprise applications.\nStrong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).\nExperience leading Agile product and engineering organizations.\nStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skills\nExperience driving organizational change and technology modernization initiatives.\n\nPreferred qualifications: \nMaster's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.\nExperience working in an airline technology environment is preferred.\nExperience managing globally distributed engineering teams.\nHands-on experience with generative AI, AI platforms, and machine learning solutions.\nExperience implementing platform engineering and internal developer platforms.\nAWS certifications or cloud architecture certifications.\nExperience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.\nExperience driving enterprise AI
