for complex distributed systems and cloud-native applications.\nAct as a quality advocate within agile teams, influencing architecture, design, and delivery decisions.\nCollaborate with junior SDEs and SDETs on best practices, tools, and frameworks.\nCollaborate closely with product owners, developers, architects, and DevOps teams to ensure quality from design to production.\nOwn understanding of business requirements, design, development, testing, and maintenance across environments.\nProactively identify risks, gaps, and quality issues and drive resolution across teams.\nSupport non-functional requirements, including performance, reliability, security, and resiliency.\nBuild and integrate AI/ML-powered features and agents into applications using AWS AI services.\nWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code and contribute to both front-end and back-end development as a full-stack engineer.\nApply AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery, automate repetitive tasks, and improve code quality.\n\nRequirements: \n4 to 7 years of experience in information technology with deep expertise in full-stack development.\nStrong hands-on programming experience using Angular and Node.js with a solid understanding of design principles.\nProven experience building and troubleshooting code, doing code reviews.\nStrong working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB).\nExperience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.\nFamiliarity with playwright.\nStrong experience with source control tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or AWS CDK.\nExtensive experience with AWS servicesLambda, S3 IAM, CloudWatch, CDK, and other services.\nGood AI fluency to maneuver and manage development and testing (unit testing, component testing, contract testing, vulnerability fixing, etc. )\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nFamiliarity with AWS AI/ML services such as Amazon SageMaker, Bedrock, and AgentCore.\nDemonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e. g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Kiro) to accomplish tasks such as generating and reviewing code, writing and maintaining tests, creating documentation, and debugging, with the judgment to validate and own
