Job Title: Creative Lead Job Summary: We are looking for a highly creative Creative Lead to head the Creative & Content team at OLY. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will set the creative direction, produce standout content yourself, grow our social media, and lead a team of designers, content creators and video editors. You will work closely with the Sales team to turn creative work into leads and orders. The ideal candidate combines strong creative vision, expert content and video skills, a deep understanding of social media algorithms, and the ability to motivate and manage people. Key Responsibilities: Creative Direction: Set the visual and creative standard for everything OLY produces. Create concepts, reference designs and templates that guide the team. Content Creation: Plan and produce high-impact content (design, photography, short-form video, copy) for OLY and its clients. Video Production & Editing: Shoot, edit and direct short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, captions and sound. Social Media Management: Own OLY's channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram): strategy, content calendar, scheduling, community man
