This is a hands-on leadership role: you will set the creative direction, produce standout content yourself, grow our social media, and lead a team of designers, content creators and video editors. You will work closely with the Sales team to turn creative work into leads and orders. The ideal candidate combines strong creative vision, expert content and video skills, a deep understanding of social media algorithms, and the ability to motivate and manage people.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCreative Direction: Set the visual and creative standard for everything OLY produces. Create concepts, reference designs and templates that guide the team.\n\nContent Creation: Plan and produce high-impact content (design, photography, short-form video, copy) for OLY and its clients.\n\nVideo Production & Editing: Shoot, edit and direct short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, captions and sound.\n\nSocial Media Management: Own OLY's channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram): strategy, content calendar, scheduling, community management and monthly reporting.\n\nAlgorithm & Growth: Use platform algorithms, trends, posting times, formats and analytics to grow reach, engagement and followers. Test, measure and adjust.\n\nTeam Leadership: Manage, motivate and develop the Creative & Content team. Assign weekly work, set priorities, review output and give clear feedback.\n\nSales Collaboration: Partner with the Sales team to plan and run campaigns that generate leads and orders. Hold a weekly Creative–Sales sync so every brief is complete before work starts.\n\nBrand Consistency: Protect the OLY brand across all client-facing and marketing material.\n\nQuality & Delivery: Ensure design jobs are delivered on time and to standard, with minimal revision rounds. Track team work in ERPNext and Daily Work Reports.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nExperience: 3+ years in content creation, social media management or digital marketing, including at least 2 years leading a creative or content team.\n\nCreativity: Exceptional creative thinking with a strong portfolio of original campaigns, content and designs.\n\nVideo Skills: Expert in short-form video shooting and editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar).\n\nDesign Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva.\n\nSocial Media Expertise: Proven track record growing accounts on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, with solid knowledge of how each platform's algorithm works.\n\nAnalytics: Comfortable using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics and similar tools to measure and improve performance.\n\nLeadership: Able to lead, motivate and hold a team accountable, and give honest, constructive feedback.\n\nCommunication: Excellent copywriting and communication skills in Amharic and English.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nIndustry Experience: Background in printing, packaging, branding or a creative agency.\n\nAI Tools: Experience using AI tools for content, video and design production.\n\nPaid Ads: Experience running Meta or TikTok ad campaigns.\n\nHow You Will Be Measured:\nFollower, reach and engagement growth across OLY's social channels\n\nConsistent
