About The Team
As part of the Growth and broader GTM team, you will play a key role in assisting daily responsibilities on an ad-hoc basis, as well as project work under the supervision of a team member. We are looking for an exceptional student to join on a part-time basis. We are reinventing car manufacturing and bringing agility, speed and cost-efficiency back to the U.S. automotive industry. About The Role
This is a high-visibility role that will give you broad access to Olympian and targeted focus and responsibility into the Sales, Growth and GTM strategies, and process.
What You Will Do

Help turn interest in Olympian Motors into qualified conversations and lasting customer relationships. You'll support campaigns, organize, conduct customer and partner outreach, and track what moves prospects through the funnel.
- Growth-oriented mindset
- Segmenting audiences, recording activity, and managing follow-up tasks.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication for customer outreach, partnership development, and follow-up.
- Familiar with campaign execution, email marketing, funnel metrics, and structured growth experiments.
- Hands-on experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable customer-management platform.
