The role ensures effective execution of customer plans through close collaboration with Field Sales and cross-functional teams.\nWhat you will be doing\nDevelop annual customer business and activity plans aligned with commercial strategy, brand priorities and growth objectives.\nLead annual negotiations and manage commercial investments, customer P&L and profitability, identifying opportunities and driving corrective actions to deliver business results.\nBuild strategic, long-term partnerships with Key Accounts, leading business reviews and identifying opportunities for customer and category growth.\nDrive effective execution of customer agreements and commercial plans, working closely with Field Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver agreed objectives.\nTranslate customer insights and market opportunities into actionable business plans, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics and other relevant functions.\nIntegrate customers’ online channels into business plans, aligning online and in-store priorities and using sell-out and online insights to identify assortment, category growth and launch opportunities.\nReview the effectiveness and profitability of commercial investments with Finance and provide timely promotional and launch forecasts in collaboration with Supply Chain.\nWhat we are looking for\nBSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or another relevant field;
