Deliver a safe and effective place of work with focus on quality, service and cost, with continuous improvement of performance.\nDetailed tasks specification:\nSupervise Quality Assurance operations to ensure high quality and effective operations with effective cost control\nResponsible for Quality Control (chemical, microbiological and taste analysis results from materials receipt to finished products)\nPlan, organize and supervise laboratory functions and activities\nManage sampling plans, data analyses and test results\nResponsible for all quality systems, food safety system and legal standards\nEnsure all legislative requirements associated with Quality and Food safety and all applicable Quality and Food Safety Standards\nPerform Quality trainings on quality checks and provide constant coaching to operational teams\nWhat we are looking for\nUniversity degree in Chemistry, Food Chemistry or Chemical Engineering\nMBA or MSc considered to be an asset\n3 years of experience in Quality and at least 2 years of experience with a proven record in the FMCG sector and 2 of which at supervisory level\nExperience in management systems, ISO 9001 and FSCC 22000 or related food safety systems recognized by GFSI\nFluency in English and proficiency in MS Office \nAdvanced analytical thinking \nDriving for results & Communicating with impact\nStructured, quick-thinking, decision making\nWhat you can expect from us\nWe foster an open communication and feedback culture in order to deal with our daily challenges.
