It also collaborates with public and private authorities including the United Nations and other international organisations.\nAbout the role\nAs a Talent Management Trainee, you will contribute to key Talent Management activities across Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition, helping us create a seamless and engaging experience throughout important stages of the employee and candidate journey.\nWorking across learning, onboarding, trainee engagement and recruitment, you will combine operational delivery with analysis and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure to Talent Management while contributing to the effectiveness of our services and the wider objectives of the team.\nYour responsibilities\nLearning & Development\nManage online course registrations and learning records, and support the creation of course descriptions.\nAnalyse training KPIs and evaluations to measure satisfaction and effectiveness, and contribute to continuous improvement of learning services.\nCoordinate the onboarding experience for newcomers, including pre-arrival communication, buddy assignments, induction activities and related logistics.\nManage the trainees’ community by organising engagement activities to integrate trainees into the IOC culture.\nRecruitment\nCoordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders in Switzerland and abroad, including candidate travel arrangements where required.\nSupport recruitment activities, including job advertisements, external agency coordination, candidate and internal enquiries, internal inboxes and related administration.\nContribute to recruitment projects and KPI analysis to continuously improve processes and services, while progressively taking ownership of selected trainee recruitment processes.\nOur requirements\nA university qualification. Previous experience in Recruitment or Learning and Development would be an advantage.\nFluency in English or French, with excellent written and spoken skills in the other language.\nStrong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously when needed.\nA collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.\nDigital proficiency and confidence using corporate tools; the ability to extract, track and present data and statistics would be an asset.\nFlexibility and adaptability, with a proactive and positive approach.\nCome and join an organisation where the spirit of inclusion, gender equality and diversity is embedded in its DNA and which focuses on what unites us - a passion for sport and its values.
