This role suits someone early in their PQE who wants hands-on exposure to NBFC/RBI regulatory compliance alongside core company law work.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnsure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations (if applicable), and RBI/NBFC-specific governance norms\nOrganize and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and the Annual General Meeting -
