Reporting & Analysis\nPrepare monthly and quarterly reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow\nAnalyze revenue, cost, margins, and business performance trends\nIdentify cost-saving and profitability improvement opportunities\n3. Business Partnering\nWork with Sales, Operations, and HR teams to understand business drivers\nSupport leadership with data-backed financial insights\nHelp evaluate hiring, pricing, and operational decisions from a financial lens\n4. Financial Modeling & Scenario Planning\nBuild and update financial models for growth, ROI, and business scenarios\nSupport capital allocation and investment decisions\nAssist with scenario and sensitivity analysis\n5.
