Drive operational performance through KPI management, vendor governance, process compliance, quality assurance, and continuous process improvements.\nKey Responsibilities :\nCollections Operations\nManage day-to-day collection calling operations.\nEnsure achievement of daily and weekly targets for calls, conversions, and invoice retrieval.\nMonitor team productivity and operational efficiency.\nKPI & Performance Management\nDrive Contact Rate, Conversion Rate, TAT, and Productivity KPIs.\nMonitor dashboards and publish daily/weekly MIS.\nIdentify performance gaps and drive corrective actions.\nVendor & Agency Management\nManage BPO/calling vendors and agency performance.\nTrack SLA adherence and handle escalations.\nConduct vendor scorecards and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).\nManage agency empanelment, termination, and DRA/Police verification.\nProcess & Quality Management\nConduct call audits and monitor quality standards.\nEnsure adherence to collection workflows and SLAs.\nDrive adoption of new tools and operational processes.\nStakeholder & Financial Operations\nCollaborate with Product, Data, Collections, and Agency teams to improve operational efficiency.\nValidate vendor invoices, travel claims, and Agent/TL incentives.\nSupport operational costing and budget management.\nMust Have\n5-6 years of experience in Collections, NBFC, Banking, BPO, or Call Center Operations.\nMinimum 1 year of experience managing calling teams and collection agencies.\nExperience managing KPIs, vendor performance, and SLA compliance.\nHands-on experience with cloud telephony/dialer platforms (MyOperator, Exotel, Ozonetel, Knowlarity, or similar).\nStrong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent communication skills in English and Hindi.\nHigh ownership and ability to work independently.\nGood to Have\nExperience in FinTech or Enterprise SaaS.\nExposure to QA frameworks, call audit tools, and conversation intelligence platforms.\nExperience in a high-performance, ownership-driven
