Our mission is to promote financial inclusion and empower individuals to make informed financial decisions.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a Product Manager who is analytical, curious, and user-obsessed. You'll own a product area end to end, work with engineering, design, and business teams, ground decisions in data, and ship products that move key metrics. You'll be especially strong at diagnosing what's happening in the product and why.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and own the product strategy and roadmap for your area: set the vision, identify growth opportunities, and align the roadmap with business goals.\nDefine success metrics and North Star metrics, build dashboards, and track funnels, retention, and adoption.\nRun root cause analyses (RCA) on metric movements, drop-offs, and user issues, and turn findings into clear action items.\nUse design thinking to frame problems, conduct user interviews, map journeys, and validate ideas before building.\nPrioritize the backlog and make trade-offs between impact, effort, and risk.\nLead the full product cycle with engineering and design, from discovery to launch to iteration.\nDesign and analyze A/B tests and conduct post-launch reviews.\nSynthesize user feedback, support tickets, and market insights into product opportunities.\nAlign stakeholders across business, risk, operations, and leadership, and mentor junior PMs or APMs.\nWhat We're Looking For\n3-5 years of product management experience, with at least one product taken from idea to launch and scaled.\nStrong strategic thinking, with the ability to build a product vision and multi-quarter roadmap, size opportunities, and make clear bets backed by data and market context.\nStrong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Metabase, Looker, or similar platforms.\nA structured approach to RCA, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and separate signal from noise.\nProven ability to define the right metrics, including North Star and input metrics, and use them to drive decisions.\nStrong product sense and prioritization, with the ability to own outcomes rather than just deliver features.\nClear written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.\nA bachelor's degree in any discipline;
