ownership of high-impact initiatives.\nWhat You Will Do\nDrive Strategic Initiatives\nDrive cross-functional programs across lending, growth, customer experience, risk, and operational efficiency.\nTranslate business priorities into actionable plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.\nIdentify opportunities to improve business performance and operational processes.\nOwn Program Execution\nTake end-to-end ownership of programs from planning through execution and closure.\nDefine objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.\nTrack program progress and proactively identify and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies.\nEnsure timely execution and delivery of key initiatives.\nSolve Business Problems\nStructure ambiguous and complex business for recurring programs.\nContinuously monitor program performance and implement improvements.\nWho We Are Looking For\nEducation\nMBA / PGDM preferred.\nCandidates from engineering, management, economics, analytics, or other relevant backgrounds with strong program management experience may also be considered.\nExperience\n3-6 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Strategy, Business Operations, Product Operations, Management Consulting, or related roles.\nExperience working in FinTech, Digital Lending, BFSI, Consumer Internet, or high-growth startups is
