marketing automation tools and trends to improve campaign execution.\nShare knowledge and learnings with the team to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.\nKey Competencies\nShould have 2-3 years of experience (B2C industry) in retention marketing(CLM/CRM).\nExperience in executing campaigns across channels like InApp notifications, push notifications, web push, email, SMS, RCS, IVR, Bot, and WhatsApp.\nFamiliarity with marketing automation tools such as MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, or similar platforms for implementing retention strategies.\nGood understanding of metrics like domain reputation, channel delivery rates, CTRs, CVRs, and cost optimization through content.\nHands-on experience in campaign setup, execution, and performance tracking.\nStrong communication skills and attention to
