If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about transforming the FinTech ecosystem, Olyv is the place for you.\nJob Summary\nThe Associate Product Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering product initiatives while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the expected quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Project Planning and Coordination\nAssist the Product Manager in defining product scope, goals, and deliverables across LMS, LOS, and collections modules.\nDevelop detailed execution plans including timelines, sprint planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.\nCoordinate with Engineering, Design, QA, Data, and Business teams to ensure timely delivery of product requirements.\n2. Product Development Support\nCollaborate with the Product Manager to gather and document product requirements from lenders, agencies, and internal stakeholders.\nAssist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, sprint backlogs, and feature documentation.\nSupport prioritization of platform enhancements, automation workflows, and integrations based on business value and client impact.\n3. Execution and Monitoring\nTrack product development progress across LMS workflows, LOS integrations, and debt resolution pipelines.\nMonitor feature performance and operational metrics to ensure successful delivery of roadmap goals.\nIdentify risks, bottlenecks, and delivery issues and proactively escalate when required.\n4. Stakeholder Management\nMaintain effective communication with internal teams, fintech clients, partner agencies, and senior management.\nTranslate business requirements into structured product plans.\nPrepare product updates, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.\n5. Documentation and Compliance\nMaintain product documentation including PRDs, workflows, release notes, and operational guidelines.\nEnsure platform features align with regulatory requirements and company policies.\nSupport audit readiness through proper documentation.\n6. Product Launch and Post-Launch Support\nAssist in coordinating feature launches and integrations.\nMonitor post-launch performance using analytics and customer feedback.\nIdentify opportunities to improve adoption and workflow efficiency.\n7. Continuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to enhance workflow automation, product scalability, and operational efficiency.\nRecommend improvements based on user feedback and market trends.\nStay updated on fintech, lending, and SaaS product management best practices.\n8.
