Mentors junior staff or manages projects to ensure successful execution and delivery. Possesses strong problem-solving skills to provide professional advice and solutions that align with and support the organization’s broader goals.
Develops the visual conceptualization and creative development of integrated marketing, advertising, digital, social, experiential, and brand initiatives across multiple platforms and media channels. Develops visual storytelling approaches, campaign concepts, and creative frameworks that align with brand strategy, audience insights, and business objectives while ensuring cohesive and impactful visual experiences. Collaborates with copywriting, design, production, strategy, technology, and client teams to guide the execution of high-quality creative solutions that strengthen brand expression, audience engagement, and overall campaign effectiveness.
$100,000-$140,000annually
