In this entry-level role, you will help maintain accurate records, track campaign activity, gather vendor reporting, and support the day-to-day stewardship of social media buys. You will work closely with experienced team members while building your knowledge of media investment, trade partnerships, and the social media landscape.\nResponsibilities\nAssist with tracking and maintaining social media partnerships, investment details, and client buys in spreadsheets and internal systems.\nEnter and update campaign information in Excel, Prisma, and other required tools.\nRequest reporting and documentation from media partners and follow up on missing information or discrepancies.\nHelp monitor campaign activity and flag issues for the Social Investment team.\nSupport monthly billing reconciliation by reviewing records and helping resolve discrepancies.\nPrepare reports, organize data, and assist Investment Specialists and Managers with projects.\nBuild a working knowledge of social platforms, media investment practices, and Orion’s trade partnerships.\nIdentify opportunities to improve how the team organizes information and completes routine tasks.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a willingness to learn new systems.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nComfort working with numbers and checking data for accuracy.\nClear written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate with colleagues and external partners.\nDesired Skills and Experience\nInternship, coursework, or work experience in media, advertising, marketing, finance, or a related field.\nFamiliarity with social media advertising or Mediaocean Prisma.\nCuriosity, initiative, a strong work ethic, and positive interpersonal skills.\nInterest in developing media partner relationships and negotiation skills.\nWage and Benefits\nWe offer a Total Rewards package that includes medical and dental coverage, 401(k) plans, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage, an employee discount program, an employee stock purchase program, and paid family benefits.\nThe salary range for this position is [insert approved range].
