You'll also leverage your expertise, which spans scientific understanding, strategic imperatives, market awareness, and innovative medical research.\nA DAY IN THE LIFE\nCritically review agency-developed content, ensuring attention to detail, consistency, and continuity.\nApply disease state, clinical knowledge, and strategic skills to brands, imparting knowledge to team leads.\nProvide proactive, strategic medical recommendations to enhance brand communications and adapt to changing markets.\nCollaborate with internal teams, clients, and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to achieve brand objectives.\nDevelop and execute medical strategies, identifying opportunities and ensuring consistent messaging.\nFoster strong client relationships through participation in senior leader meetings, workshops, and strategic planning.\nContribute to business development by crafting medical insights, identifying key messaging, and serving on core pitch teams.\nDevelop and present compelling pitch content, including immersion sections and medical hooks, to support new business opportunities.\nWHAT YOU WILL NEED\nAdvanced degree (MS, MD, PhD, PharmD) in Clinical/Scientific field.\n5+ years' relevant industry experience.\nAbility to effectively communicate complex medical concepts to diverse audiences, including clients, KOLs, and internal teams, using clear and concise language.\nStrong collaboration skills, ensuring efficient workflow management and teamwork.\nDemonstrated leadership skills, including the supervision of direct reports.\nExperience developing and delivering strategic medical communications content, including scientific platforms, brand planning documents, and pitches, with expertise in core medical communications deliverables.\nAbility to drive brand strategy, adapt to changing priorities, and identify opportunities for growth.\nFinancial and operational acumen related to staffing plans, timesheets, expense reports, and resource allocation.\n\n$150,000 - $190,000\nOmnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
