The financial analyst team responsible for the accounting and financial duties required to support the needs of Critical Mass' defined accounts teams and ever growing client base.\nYou will:\nReview and communicate financial results with senior account and client leads\nManage the revenue and expenses for clients and their projects\nPartner with various departments within the company to manage client requirements and needs from a financial perspective\nManage and generate monthly client invoices\nManage time tracking and billings system for the company\nForecast, track and manage client budgets\nWork closely with the project management group in reporting and analyzing project budgets\nAnalyze project billing efficiencies, realizations and utilizations and assist in the identification of growth opportunities\nReview and manage accounts receivables for specific clients\nWork with and mentor other financial team members as required\n\nYou have:\nDegree with an accounting or finance major\n2-3 years previous experience in finance or accounting\nExceptional computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Power Point\nMust be willing to have fun\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nAbility to multi-task in a very fast-paced, flexible environment\nStrong sense of urgency coupled with a “whatever-it-takes” attitude\nStrong technical and business aptitude\nSelf-motivated and able to work with limited supervision\nExceptional attention to detail while maintaining overall understanding of the big picture\nStrong analytical skills and sound accounting knowledge\nAbility to lead with creative and strong interpersonal skills\n\nSalary Range: $60,000 - $90,000\nOmnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
