The ideal candidate will be a data science leader with the responsibility of managing expectations of internal and external stakeholders, performing predictive modeling and data queries across a multitude of platforms in Advertising and Marketing Technology domains.\nYou will develop compelling actionable insights through quantitative analysis, innovative thinking, and storytelling with data. You will contribute to the delivery of smart marketing and strategic advice through the combination of data & insights gleaned through statistical and machine learning models, as well as data mining.\nBy applying machine learning and data query methods, you will be a liaison between data and our client’s decision-making process. You will also inform internal and external stakeholders and prospective clients on ways of improving business processes.\nAreas of Responsibility:\nMaintain a productive relationship with clients at the peer level or higher to ensure they are informed of any new activities or updates to existing projects\n\nParticipate on multi-disciplinary project teams developing marketing strategies for existing customers, as well as prospective clients\n\nCoach and manage the learning path of other Data Science team members by standardizing processes and owning documentation\n\nPresent complex reporting, models, and dashboards of technical work to both informed and uninformed audiences through data storytelling to support media investment\n\nSet up analysis parameters in partnership with Advertiser, Media Strategy and Digital Investment team\n\nBuild modeling and machine learning capabilities by deploying algorithms on top of our vast number of datasets, e.g., clustering, look-a-like modeling\n\nSupport Digital Attribution and Advertising Lift models built in data clean rooms\n\nEvaluate model performance to determinecut-off points and audience targeting pools for deployment, e.g., lift charts\n\nObtain data from various sources, including but not limited to Amazon storage service S3, Omnicom 3P data partnerships, data clean rooms from walled-gardens, e.g., Google Ads Data Hub, Facebook Advanced Analytics, Amazon Marketing Cloud\n\nDeploy scalable solutions to our cloud-based infrastructure to process, visualize and analyze data\n\nRequirements: \n10+ years of experience with predictive modeling, databases, computational simulation, clustering, machine learning, and remote computing in academia or industry\n\n8+ years of industry experience with Python, SQL, R, and other similar statistical computing environments\n\nVery strongwritten and verbal communication skills; thrive in a rapidly evolving environment\n\nAbility to clearly explain complex technical ideas to multiple audiences both verbally and in writing\n\nGraduate degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, social sciencesor business/marketing related fields\n\nExperience working in high volume data bases, utilizingquantitative techniques to solve problems such as campaign analysis, optimization, customer segmentation, and/or predictive modeling (New graduates will also be considered depending on their educational background and academic record)\n\nStrong command of statistical techniques and concepts\n\nStrong attention to detail\n\nA strong desireto learn and passion for digital marketing, researchand analytics\n\nAbility to work well with others and work in cross functional teams\n\nAbility to manage and prioritize a number ofconcurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment\n\nThis is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determinedbased on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
