This role partners with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, monitor recruiting performance, and use data to improve hiring outcomes.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong recruiting knowledge with analytical skills and is comfortable translating recruiting data into actionable recommendations.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.\nDevelop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies for professional and specialized positions.\nSource, screen, and evaluate candidates using recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, professional networks, and other talent channels.\nAnalyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline activity, offer acceptance rates, and hiring trends.\nPrepare recurring recruiting reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR and business leadership.\nIdentify trends, gaps, and opportunities within the recruiting process and recommend improvements.\nMonitor recruiting activity and ensure positions progress efficiently through the hiring process.\nConduct market and talent-pool research to support workforce planning and recruiting strategies.\nMaintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.\nCollaborate with HR, compensation, workforce planning, and business leaders on talent-related projects.\nSupport diversity recruiting initiatives and help evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition programs.\nProvide insights and recommendations based on recruiting data and industry trends.\nAssist with process improvement initiatives, recruiting technology implementations, and special HR projects.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Psychology, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR analytics, or a related function.\nStrong understanding of recruiting and talent acquisition processes.\nDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.\nStrong Excel skills and experience working with recruiting or HR data.\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with HRIS, ATS, or recruiting analytics tools.\nExperience building dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.\nExperience with workforce planning or talent analytics.\nKnowledge of recruiting metrics and industry benchmarks.\nExperience supporting high-volume or complex recruiting environments.\nProfessional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar is a plus.\nCore Competencies\nTalent Acquisition & Recruiting Strategy\nData Analysis & Reporting\nWorkforce & Talent Insights\nStakeholder Management\nCandidate Sourcing & Assessment\nProcess Improvement\nCommunication & Presentation\nBusiness Acumen\nConfidentiality & Professional Judgment\n\n$50000-$90000\nOmnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
