Whether you're advancing national security, driving innovation in nuclear infrastructure, or supporting critical DOE and DoD operations, you’re part of something bigger here.\nOverview\nOmega Technical Services is seeking a Program Manager VI to provide executive-level leadership for program strategy, governance, and oversight across multiple programs, portfolios, and business units.\nThis position establishes program execution frameworks aligned with organizational objectives and Department of Energy (DOE) requirements. The Program Manager VI partners with executive leadership to deliver large-scale initiatives, improve operational performance, and achieve successful program outcomes.\nResponsibilities\nEstablish and direct enterprise-level program management strategy, governance, and standards.\nOversee large-scale programs and portfolios across multiple business units.\nProvide strategic leadership in planning, performance management, and resource alignment.\nAnalyze program performance, identify enterprise-level risks and trends, and provide recommendations to executive leadership.\nAlign programs with organizational objectives, priorities, and operational goals.\nCollaborate with executive leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to drive program success.\nEnsure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of program reporting, metrics, and data systems.\nEnsure compliance with DOE, organizational, and program-specific requirements.\nLead enterprise-level change management initiatives and strategic program transformations.\nMentor senior program managers and support organizational capability development.\nEducation Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nQualifications\nAt least 12 years of experience in program management, project management, or related leadership roles, including oversight of large-scale or multi-program environments.\nExtensive expertise in program and project management principles, methodologies, and governance.\nDemonstrated ability to lead enterprise-level programs and support executive decision-making.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nExceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.\nCandidate must be a U.S. Citizen. \nSatisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a drug and breath alcohol test, along with a Motor Vehicle Record check. \nCandidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Security Clearance. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExtensive experience supporting DOE, federal, or large-scale program environments.\nAdvanced knowledge of program and project management tools and systems.\nExperience leading enterprise transformations or strategic initiatives.\nProject management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP).\nPrevious DOE/NNSA work experience. \nWork Schedule\nShift will be dependent upon customer site discretion.Why Omega Technical Services?\nOmega Technical Services is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and a trusted partner to the Department of Energy, Department of Defense, and other commercial clients, supporting mission-critical projects that shape national security and technological innovation.
