If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe're looking for a hands-on engineer to take full ownership of new robotic subsystems from first idea to production-ready hardware. You combine strong mechanical design skills with practical lab experience and a keen sense for manufacturability. Above all, you're someone who doesn't wait to be told what's next. You see what needs to happen, take initiative, and enjoy working openly in a fast-moving, international team that's growing together.\nYou take ownership end to end, hold yourself to a high standard, and focus on outcomes that matter for the customer. You believe the best work happens in an environment where people support each other, share knowledge, and grow together.\nWhat You’ll Build\nOwn the full development cycle of robotic subsystems, from concept through rapid prototyping, iterative improvement, and deployment\n\nDesign complex mechanical systems and integrate mechanical and electrical components into functional robotics solutions\n\nBuild and test prototypes hands-on, including assembly, troubleshooting, and iterative validation\n\nCollaborate with the electronics and software team on system integration and performance\n\nOptimize designs for manufacturability and assembly to enable scalable production\n\nManage outsourcing partners and suppliers to transition prototypes into production-ready systems\n\nWhat You Bring\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field\n\n3+ years experience in automation/robotics, with strong track record designing complex electromechanical systems, from prototype to production\n\nHands-on mindset with a passion for building, testing, and troubleshooting real-world systems and solid CAD skills (e.g. SolidWorks, Onshape, Fusion)\n\nProven experience of optimizing designs in compact electromechanical systems, environmental sealing, and design for manufacturing\n\nExperience with manufacturing, supplier collaboration, and design for scalable production\n\nA proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
