You will personally open and close strategic accounts, working closely with the VP of Commercialization and founder/CEO, and help build our EMEA sales organization.\nWhat You Will Do\nOwn the full-cycle sale from outbound to close for strategic EMEA AI neocloud and data center accounts.\nProspect into regional operators and EMEA teams of global accounts; build opportunities with clear decision-makers and a path to close.\nRun consultative discovery with engineering, cooling, operations, procurement, and C-suite stakeholders.\nBuild and drive business cases tied to uptime, commissioning, equipment protection, and operating risk.\nStructure and negotiate pilots, agree on success criteria, then convert them into scaled deployments across sites and countries.\nPartner with commercial leadership and the founder on deal strategy, pricing, and country prioritization; coordinate global accounts with North America.\nKeep forecasts grounded in customer commitments; feed regional learnings into product and messaging, and help build the EMEA sales team.\nWho You Are\nNeed to have: direct, quota-carrying AI neocloud sales experience. This is a must.\nYou have personally closed substantial business with neocloud operators or sold AI compute and infrastructure within a neocloud provider.\nEstablished relationships with EMEA AI neocloud buyers and decision-makers, with experience selling across more than one national market.\n7+ years in complex B2B sales, with repeated quota overachievement and clear evidence of personally won deals.\nA record of turning technical evaluations into commercial agreements and expanding accounts across sites or countries.\nStructured and analytical about your deals, using MEDDIC, SPICED, or a similar approach; professional fluency in English.\nHigh drive, low ego, and comfortable building in an early-stage environment; you can create pipeline and close without a large support team.\nWhat Success Looks Like in 12 Months\nYou’ve built a healthy pipeline of named EMEA AI neocloud accounts with engaged technical sponsors and economic buyers.\nYou’ve taken multiple opportunities from first meeting to signed contracts and expanded deployments.\nYou navigate regional and global buying groups and reliably forecast what will close and when.\nYour customer feedback has influenced the product roadmap, GTM strategy, and EMEA hiring plan.\nCompensation and Upside\nBase salary + performance-based commission, with six-figure to seven-figure total annual cash earning potential.\nMeaningful
