Then, watch for a unique link in your email to apply.\nWe are currently looking for a highly motivated Seasonal Guest Experience Representative to join our team at Square One Shopping Centre in Mississauga.\nAt Oxford, we are committed to customer service excellence, delivered through a consistently elevated, hospitality-led approach to every guest interaction.\nReporting to the Guest Experience Manager, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Square One Shopping Centre, welcoming and assisting guests within a luxury retail environment. Through thoughtful engagement, you will create meaningful guest interactions delivering an elevated service that is consistently proactive, personalized, and present.\nPlease note that this is a seasonal fixed term position until January 2027.\nYou Will Be Responsible For\nServing as a brand ambassador for Square One Shopping Centre, delivering a hospitality-led experience through proactive, personalized and meaningful interactions with guests\nAnticipating guests’ needs and proactively seeking opportunities to create memorable experiences\nEnsuring the Guest Service area remains a welcoming and refined environment, including adhering to Oxford service standards (e.g. uniform and etiquette guidelines)\nAssisting customers with directions, information, and services while delivering other centre specific duties, as assigned\nMaintaining a thorough knowledge of the shopping centre’s services, amenities, facilities, stores, and promotional activities and/or events\nActively promoting and selling Square One Gift Cards through proactive engagement and assisted selling techniques\nSupporting guest concerns, ensuring proper documentation, timely follow-up and notifying relevant departments\nAssisting with in-centre promotional offers and events that enhance the overall guest experience and drive engagement\nRequired Skills And Experience\nPost-secondary education in a related field preferred (i.e. Hospitality/tourism, Marketing/Communications)\nA positive and friendly attitude with the ability to engage guests confidently and initiate interactions\nStrong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; multilingual capabilities and considered an asset\nThe ability to build rapport with shoppers, tenants, management, service providers, and all shopping centre personnel\nCapacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while multi-tasking and maintaining a high level of professionalism\nComputer proficiency, including working knowledge of social media, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office programs\nAvailability to work range of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays\nPreferred Skills And Experience\n1-2 years of experience in retail (Hospitality or guest services environment is an asset)\nThe ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift and perform light physical tasks as required, including lifting boxes\nStrong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities\nEffective organizational and time-management skills\nThis posting is for an existing vacancy.The expected hourly range for this position is $18.00-$19.00 per hour.You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award pursuant to our Short-term Incentive plan and our Long-Term Incentive plan (if applicable), and to participate in our group benefits and retirement plans - details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS & Oxford offer letters.\nOxford's purpose is to strengthen economies and communities through real estate.\nOur people-first culture is at its best when our workforce reflects the communities where we live and work - and the customers we proudly serve.\nFrom hire to retire, we are an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive, barrier-free recruitment and selection process that extends all the way through your employee experience.
