Then, watch for a unique link in your email to apply.\nRole Summary\nThe Project Coordinator helps deliver operational technology projects on time, within scope and on budget. The role supports contract lifecycles, purchasing and budget administration, and coordinates maintenance windows for major technology changes with property and business teams.\nYou will be responsible for:\nProject Planning and Coordination\nSupport the development of project plans, schedules and budgets for operational technology initiatives. \nCoordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information. \nHelp ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. \nDocumentation, Reporting and Collaboration\nMaintain accurate project documentation, plans and reports. \nPrepare and deliver regular project updates, proposals, timelines and budgets. \nServe as the primary contact for project participants and promote clear stakeholder communication. \nOrganize meetings and document minutes and action items. \nRisk, Quality and Maintenance Coordination\nIdentify and track project risks and issues, recommend mitigation strategies, and support issue resolution. \nEnsure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. \nSupport project testing and quality-control activities. \nWork with property, business and technical teams to schedule and execute maintenance windows for major technology changes. \nCommunicate maintenance schedules and minimize disruption to business operations. \nContract Management and Procurement\nMonitor contract terms, renewals and compliance, ensuring agreements remain current and aligned with company policies and regulations. \nPartner with Legal and Procurement on contract renewals. \nObtain vendor quotes and work with Procurement to process purchase orders. \nReconcile purchase orders for accuracy and completeness, and track expenses against approved budgets. \nRequired Skills & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management or a related field. \nTwo to three years of project coordination experience. \nStrong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. \nProficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner and SharePoint. \nStrong attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. \nPreferred Skills & Experience\nProject coordination experience in a technology, real estate or facilities environment. \nExperience supporting operational technology projects, contract administration, procurement or maintenance-window coordination. \nWe believe that time together in the office is important for OMERS and Oxford, the strength of our employees, and the work we do for our pension members.
