Then, watch for a unique link in your email to apply.\nThe Associate, Development supports the planning and execution of large-scale development and redevelopment projects in New York City and specific markets across the United States and will have select responsibilities with the Global Development team. Working closely with senior development professionals, the Associate will assist with financial analysis, project planning, due diligence, stakeholder coordination, and execution activities across multiple projects and development programs. The role offers exposure to complex urban developments involving multi-phase planning, significant infrastructure coordination, public-private interfaces, and collaboration with institutional partners.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in the evaluation of development and redevelopment opportunities, including market research, site analysis, feasibility studies, and due diligence activities.\n\nPrepare and maintain development pro formas, cash flow models, return analyses, and scenario testing to support investment and development decisions.\n\nSupport the preparation of investment memoranda, approval presentations, project reporting, and other materials for senior management and internal approval committees.\n\nAssist with the planning and execution of complex mixed-use development projects, including projects involving multiple stakeholders, phased implementation strategies, and significant infrastructure considerations.\n\nCoordinate due diligence activities, including environmental, legal, zoning, design, title, survey, permitting, and regulatory reviews.\n\nMonitor project schedules, capital calls, budgets, risks, and key milestones to help ensure projects advance in accordance with business objectives.\n\nSupport collaboration with joint venture partners, public agencies, consultants, community stakeholders, and internal functional teams.\n\nResearch market trends, development activity, public policy initiatives, infrastructure planning, and regulatory matters relevant to current and prospective projects.\n\nMaintain organized project documentation and contribute to regular reporting for project teams and senior leadership.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n2 to 5 years of experience in real estate development, investment, project management, construction, or a related field.\n\nStrong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear materials for senior leadership and investment decision-makers.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\n\n Preferred Skills & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\nExposure to large-scale mixed-use, urban, master-planned, or complex development projects is preferred.\n\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\n\nThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.
