Hotels Group is looking for an organized, responsible, and communicative Reservations Supervisor to oversee the coordination and smooth operation of the Reservations Department, contributing to the effective management of reservations, availability, and agency partnerships.\n\nRequirements\n\nKey ResponsibilitiesManage and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence for the Reservations Department.\nMonitor rates, pricing policies, and correct rate application.\nPrepare and monitor statistical reports.\nManage contracts with Travel Agencies (TAs) and Tour Operators (TOs).\nManage and monitor the payment system.\nManage the reservations plan and availability across online booking channels.\nMaintain close cooperation and daily communication with partner agencies.\nWork closely with the Front Office Department to ensure accurate and timely updates regarding arrivals, departures, and cancellations.\nCollaborate with the Accounting Department on matters relating to invoicing, payments, and outstanding financial issues.\nMonitor the accurate entry and management of reservations.\nCoordinate and resolve issues arising throughout the reservation process.\nRequired QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.\nExcellent knowledge of the reservations process and online distribution channels.\nExcellent computer skills and proficiency in hotel management systems.\nExcellent command of the English language.\nExcellent organizational and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple responsibilities and work
