As we make this transition, we’re looking for a Founding AI Engineer based in Singapore who can both build cutting-edge solutions and champion this shift within the company by integrating AI workflows across critical business areas.\n Develop AI solutions leveraging LLMs to improve productivity and deliver strong business impact.\n\nLead the end-to-end development lifecycle from ideation to deployment of AI-powered solutions across various domains.\n\nBuild scalable AI systems that support Omio’s global expansion goals.\n\nAct as an evangelist for AI adoption by demonstrating clear value to stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate with Business, Product, and Engineering teams to integrate AI into workflows and drive adoption.\n\nPresent models, results, and systems to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level stakeholders.\n\n Qualifications and Experience\nMinimum 6+ years of experience in developing complex models and algorithms.\n\nProven track record in designing and deploying production-grade AI solutions.\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders.\n\nSelf-motivated, independent contributor capable of driving initiatives with minimal guidance.\n\nPrior experience deploying scalable AI and LLM-based solutions for real-time, high-performance systems is highly desirable.\n\nTechnical Skills and Knowledge\nExpertise in building AI applications using large language models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA.\n\nExperience with LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, vLLM, LMDeploy.\n\nStrong programming skills in Java, Python, and SQL.\n\nFamiliarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, MLOps, and LLMOps best practices.\n\nAbility to construct Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for advanced AI workflows.\n\nProficiency in vector databases such as FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, Milvus.\n\nSolid grasp of prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM output.\n\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.\n\n Learn more about Omio Engineering and our Team:\nhttps://medium.com/omio-engineering\n\nHere at Omio, we know that no two people are alike, and that’s a great thing.
