バックエンドの機能開発とリファクタリングの両立、そのリード\n- システムを止めずに大規模な漸次リファクタリングを行う戦略構築への協力及び戦術の構築と遂行\n具体的には、例えば以下を想定しています。（優先順位等は状況次第で変動します）\n- デバッグと監視・運用を考慮したエラー体系の設計・構築\n- テストの高速化やlinterの使い方の再検討等による、開発体験・速度の向上\n- アプリケーション自身と分析の両方を考慮した、非同期メッセージングアーキテクチャの設計・構築\n- その他、難度の高い機能開発等\n技術スタック\n- Programming languages/Runtime：TypeScript / Node.js\n- Frameworks：Express / React / Next.js\n- Infrastructure：Google Cloud\n- **Webアプリケーション開発経験（7年以上）**\n- TypeScriptを用いた開発経験（2年以上）\n- クラウドインフラの構築経験（Google Cloud・AWSなど）\n- チームでの技術的リード経験\n- システムアーキテクチャ設計経験（バックエンドコードアーキテクチャ・クラウドインフラ・APIバージョニング・CQRSなど）\n応募資格（歓迎）\n-
