The ideal candidate in this role is an engineering leader with experience in mixed-signal design as well as customer engagements preferably in supporting products in the 5G, automotive/ADAS, AI, wireline communications markets.\nJob Responsibilities\nLead the global Applications Engineering team at Omni Design including hiring, training and managing the team.\nLead technical pre-sales engagements as as as post-sales customer support.\nGuide the team in managing customer priorities and trade-offs and ensure technical commitments to customers are met on schedule.\nAssist customers in adopting Omni Design IP through training & demos, presentations, solving technical issues and leading technical engagements\nUnderstanding of customer’s analog and mixed-signal design challenges, especially at advanced process nodes, and guiding them in refining their requirements and successfully integrating Omni Design IP in their products.\nWork with Sales to identify new opportunities, prioritize them and develop winning sales strategies.\nCommunicate customer requirements and feedback to marketing and engineering and drive issue resolution.\nQualifications\nExcellent leadership and organizational abilities\nGood knowledge and experience in semiconductor industry - preferred experience in 5G, automotive, AI market segments\nExcellent cross-functional leadership skills;
