Jigger pour, making drinks for servers only when rung in on Micros.\nEnsure the consistency in the presentation and recipes of all cocktails.\nBe familiar with and enforce all policies related to liquor liability laws.\nRecord transaction in MICROS system at time of order, and adhere to cash handling standards.\nBe familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants.\nPresent accurate check to guest and process payment.\nMaintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.\nPolish and clean the water glasses in his/her assigned station before opening hours.\nStation set-up and breakdown/side-work.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nMinimum 1-year bartending experience.\nDeveloped knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer with experience selling and presenting wines.\nAbility to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, management, and co-workers.\nAbility to accurately and efficiently input information into MICROS.\nAbility to handle stressful situations, while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor.\nAbility to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department.\nAbility to prioritize, organize and follow up on guest requests and needs in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent customer service, service recovery and problem-solving skills.\nMust be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.\nENVIRONMENT & POSITION ANALYSIS:\nMove, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance. \nPosition requires frequent bending, reaching overhead, twisting, and consistent use of hands and arms. \nMust be able to stand and walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift in indoor/outdoor
