between kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery\nInspect each dish for quality, consistency, correct garnish, and plating before leaving the kitchen\nMaintain a clean and organized expo line throughout the shift\nStock all Togo items, condiments, and garnishes used on the line and by service staff (ranch, ketchup, pickles, etc.)\nPrepare and refill house-made BBQ sauces, parmesan cheese, red pepper shakers, and other items as part of weekly prep duties\nAssist in the preparation of all plated desserts.\nCommunicate effectively with cooks and servers to handle special requests, dietary modifications, or delays\nAdapt to last-minute changes and assist with additional back-of-house or front-of-house tasks as needed\nEnsure food safety and sanitation standards are always followed \n\nQualifications:\nPrior experience as an expo, line cook, food runner, or similar kitchen support role\nStrong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment—especially during peak times and major sporting events\nA proactive attitude and willingness to step in wherever needed\nMust be able to lift, push, pull and carry moderate weight (50 lbs).\nMust be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time, with frequent bending and twisting.\nFlexible scheduling to include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays\nMust have an unexpired Food Handlers’
