They work closely with shipping lines, customers, and internal teams to support vessel departures and documentation accuracy.\nResponsibilities\nAssist with coordinating ocean export shipments, including bookings, container movements, and vessel cut-offs.\nPrepare and process export documentation such as bills of lading, shipping instructions, and commercial documents.\nEnter and update shipment details accurately in CargoWise and other transportation management systems.\nTrack sailing schedules and shipment milestones to support on-time departures.\nCommunicate with steamship lines, NVOCCs, drayage providers, warehouses, and overseas agents.\nFollow export compliance requirements, carrier rules, and internal operating procedures.\nIdentify documentation errors, cut-off risks, or shipment delays and escalate appropriately.\nSupport rate entry, charge validation, and billing accuracy.\nRespond to customer inquiries related to shipment status and documentation.\nMaintain organized shipment files and records.\nAssist with workload coverage during peak shipping periods.\nAll other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.\nQualifications\nEducation: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required;
