Duties & Responsibilities:\nPrepare and submit customer invoices.\nProcess invoices and payments on the ERP (NetSuite).\nPerform reconciliations.\nLiaise with creditors for pending invoices.\nMonitor debtors ageing.\nUpdate, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records on the ERP (NetSuite).\nAssist in month-end reporting procedure.\nMaintain and audit petty cash.\nPerform stock counts, as and when required.\nAssist auditors during audit period and provide relevant documents when required.\nAssist in preparation of VAT, TDS and related statements / return for timely submission.\nEnsure proper and updated filing of documents.\nPrepare and share reports as per instructions.\nProfile:Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).\nA comprehensive understanding of IFRS and corporate procedures.\nExcellent organisational skills including planning, prioritising and meeting deadlines.\nDynamic good interpersonal, results-driven approach, analytical skills, proactive and detail oriented.\nProficient in Microsoft Office.\nQualifications:Post HSC, BSC Accounting / Accounting & Finance or any equivalent qualification.\nACCA qualifications desirable.\nAt least two (2) years of work
