# FACTORY OPERATOR - MECHANICAL

Responsibilities Perform mechanical maintenance work on equipment, including disassembly, parts replacement, adjustment, and machine restart. Diagnose mechanical breakdowns and determine appropriate corrective actions to ensure optimal equipment availability. Communicate the results of interventions and report any anomalies detected to the supervisor, while suggesting improvement solutions. Ensure that each round of preventive maintenance is completed. Assist in the inventory of spare parts and report restocking needs or stock issues. Ensure that all interventions strictly follow safety rules, making sure the team wears personal protective equipment (PPE) and complies with safety procedures. ProfileExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Excellent organisational skills including planning, prioritising and meeting deadlines. Team spirit and collaboration. Qualifications Holder of NC3 in Mechanical Engineering / Brevet d’Etudes Professionnelles (BEP) in Mechanics or an alternative equivalent qualification. Experience in pipe fitting and welding will be an advantage. At least two (2) years’ relevant work experience.
