Your role includes:\nEquipment management, maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.\nMaterial management and movement.\nManaging optimal medication inventory levels.\nDiligently reviewing and updating documentation.\nEffective customer communication for building strong relationships.\nJoin us in this dynamic position and contribute to top-notch pharmacy services.\nResponsibilities\nPerform IV automation tasks in an aseptic, error free manner, consistent with standard operating procedures.\nPerform daily, weekly, and monthly IV automation equipment cleaning and maintenance.\nFollow Safe Handling of Hazardous Drugs procedures when handling medications.\nResponsible for identifying / ordering medications to ensure medication inventories are at optimal levels.\nResponsible for monitoring and ordering consumable supplies required for the operation of the equipment.\nResponsible for performing basic troubleshooting and standard maintenance of IV automation equipment and reporting unresolved equipment issues to the IV TAC.\nComplete fingertip and media fill sampling.\nMaintain a high level of communication with pharmacy operations manager and customer, to ensure proactive, solution-oriented problem identification and resolution.\nMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction by aligning the Pharmacy Services Program to provide customer-focused support emphasizing quality, professionalism, and responsiveness, by acting as liaison between Omnicell and customer to assist with customer concerns.\nConduct training and ensure completion of all required documents and compliance with all Pharmacy Services procedures and policies.\nMaintain fiscal responsibility for work-related expenses, complete expense reports, adhere to corporate card procedures, per Omnicell travel policies.\nComply with reasonable procedures, policies and guidelines established by the Customer facility.\nMaintain national certification and all state required credentialing.\nAct as a resource or SME, for Omnicell team members, providing training and/or assistance either on site or remotely to ensure optimal workflow.\nSpecialized Knowledge / Skills\nGood organizational skills in a fast-paced environment\nDemonstrate customer service skills.\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work with mechanical equipment.\nWorking knowledge of computer hardware, Microsoft Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nA self-starter who is able to work independently and follow a detailed plan.\nExcellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work well with customers and with employees at various levels.\nBasic Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nActive Florida State Pharmacy Technician License/Registration with the State Board of Pharmacy. \nActive Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician Certificate (PTCB or NHA’s CPhT/EXCPT)\nWorking knowledge of IV Compounding\nPreferred Knowledge and Skills\nOne year of IV Compounding experience.\nProficient in the use of PPE and hand hygiene techniques.\nWorking knowledge of sterile environment requirement.\nCompleted an accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program.\nTwo years previous experience in hospital pharmacy automation.\nBasic Troubleshooting Skills with automation devices.\nAutomation implementation experience.\nWork Conditions\nAbility to travel for training(s).\nAble to commute daily and work at this site: 800 Prudential Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32207\n Shift: MON to FRI, Day Shift 9am to 5:30 pm (may subject to change)\nHospital Pharmacy Environment.\n8-to-10-hour shifts.\nWorking hours may be outside of normal business hours based on business or project needs.\nCapable of standing for several hours at a time.\nPotential exposure to hazardous drugs.\nAble to lift up to 35 lbs.\nOther:\nSelected candidates may be required to pass a math aptitude test.\n#LI-Jacksonville, FL\nBase Compensation: $25.00 to $27.00\n(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as location, education, experience, and skillset.
