You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver operational excellence while building a strong engineering foundation.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPrimary Impact: Ensure tooling readiness to support uninterrupted manufacturing and continuous improvement.\nManage tooling lifecycle: procurement, inspection, inventory, and replacement\nEnsure tooling is staged and ready for production schedules and changeovers\nInspect tooling against drawings, specifications, and quality requirements\nMaintain accurate tooling documentation and traceability records\nCollaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams\nTroubleshoot tooling issues impacting safety, quality, and efficiency\nCoordinate repair and refurbishment with vendors and internal teams\nMonitor performance (usage, failures, lifecycle) to drive improvements\nSupport preventive maintenance for critical tooling\nEnable NPI by ensuring tooling readiness for product launches\nDrive continuous improvement using Lean, 5S, and waste reduction\nSupport engineering efforts (DOE, validation, alternate materials)\nAssist with equipment commissioning and qualification\nDevelop basic documentation (work instructions, BOMs, ECOs)\nContribute to equipment evaluations and ROI analysis\nApply data-driven problem solving to improve process performance\nWho You Are\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nEffective communication and teamwork abilities\nProficiency with Excel and general business applications\nBasic CAD knowledge\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Quality Management Systems\nCAD experience (SolidWorks preferred)\nERP knowledge (SAP preferred)\nPLM experience (Agile preferred)\nFamiliarity with Lean manufacturing and 5S principles\nHow You’ll Elevate at Omnicell\nCollaborate: Work cross-functionally to ensure tooling readiness\nInspire: Promote accountability and continuous improvement\nDevelop: Build expertise in manufacturing and tooling systems\nExecute: Deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes\nImpact: Improve efficiency, cost, and production performance\nWork Conditions\n100% onsite in St. Petersburg, FL\nProduction floor and lab environment\nMinimal travel (Extended hours as needed\nBase Compensation: $54,678.00 to $101,546.00\n(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as location, education, experience, and skillset.
