This role partners with Product Management, Engineering, Sales Operations, and IT to ensure scalable configuration models, business rules, and system integrations across the quote-to-cash process.\nKey Responsibilities\nCPQ Platform & Product Configuration\nDesign, develop, and maintain CPQ and product configuration solutions.\nBuild and manage product models, configuration rules, attributes, options, and pricing logic.\nImprove platform performance, scalability, and user experience.\nTroubleshoot configuration, quoting, pricing, and integration issues.\nProduct Lifecycle & Governance\nTranslate engineering changes into configuration models and business rules.\nSupport new product introductions, catalog updates, and end-of-life transitions.\nMaintain alignment between CPQ, PLM, BOMs, and enterprise systems.\nEstablish governance for configuration standards, testing, and change management.\nSystems Integration & Automation\nSupport integrations between CPQ, Salesforce, ERP/SAP, PLM, and related enterprise applications.\nDrive automation, platform modernization, and process improvements.\nDevelop and maintain validation, testing, and release management processes.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n3+ years of experience with CPQ, product configuration, or rules-based business systems.\nExperience building product models, configuration rules, and pricing logic (Ex: CPQ Software)\nStrong development skills in C#, .NET, VB.NET, or similar technologies.\nExperience integrating Salesforce, ERP/SAP, PLM, and enterprise applications.\nKnowledge of BOMs, product lifecycle management, and quote-to-cash processes.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, SAP CPQ, Oracle CPQ, Tacton, Cincom, or similar platforms.\nExperience with Agile PLM or other PLM systems.\nKnowledge of automated testing, deployment pipelines, and API integrations.\nExperience in healthcare technology, manufacturing, medical device, or other highly configurable product environments.\nExposure to AI-driven configuration or pricing automation solutions. \nWhy This Role Matters\nThis role is critical to ensuring products can be configured, priced, quoted, and fulfilled accurately across the enterprise.
